Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide from our workshop in Caboolture, Queensland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $75 per order to any Australian address. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
Transmissions are sent by courier in a protective crate. We'll email you a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery time depends on your location. Metro areas usually take a few business days after dispatch, and regional and remote areas can take longer.
Transmissions are heavy. Please provide an address where someone can receive the delivery, and let us know about any access issues (long driveways, gates, rural properties) when you order.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please check the crate when it arrives. If anything is damaged or your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll sort it out with the courier. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for details.
