1. About us
This website (ozmowertransmissions.com.au) is operated by Drilling Support Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 28 682 576 405) trading as Oz Mower Transmissions ("we", "us", "our"), of 20/67 Evans Drive, Caboolture QLD 4510. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund & Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Our products
- Our transmissions are professionally rebuilt (remanufactured) units, not new. Each one is disassembled, cleaned, inspected, fitted with new bearings and seals and replacement parts as required, refilled and bench-tested before dispatch.
- Product images are for illustration and may not show the exact unit you receive. External cosmetic condition may vary.
- Part numbers and mower model lists are provided as a guide. Transmissions can vary between production runs, so please confirm fitment with us before ordering. We're happy to check compatibility free of charge.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars. The total price, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we can't confirm fitment. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
7. Returns, warranty and core refunds
Returns for faulty or damaged goods, our 12-month / 100-hour warranty and the $100 core refund are set out in our Refund & Warranty Policy. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on purchases made through this website.
8. Installation
Transmissions should be installed by a competent person following the mower manufacturer's procedures, and filled and run with the correct oil. We offer free phone support during installation. Failures caused by incorrect installation or modification are not covered by our warranty, but this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase, or for business losses such as lost profits or downtime where the goods were bought for business use.
10. Website content
The content on this website, including text, descriptions and images, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy it for commercial purposes without our written permission. We try to keep the website accurate but may correct errors or update information at any time.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
