Trade-in Your Old Transmission – $100 Core Refund
Send your old transmission back and we'll refund you $100. It can be faulty, but it must be complete. A Core Return Form comes in the crate with your new unit.
- Install and confirm – fit your rebuilt transmission and make sure you're happy with it.
- Prepare the old unit – clean external oil and dirt off as best you can and pack it securely in the original crate. Do not drain the internal oil.
- Complete the form – fill in your contact, pickup and bank details and place it inside the crate.
- Take two photos – one of the transmission inside the crate before sealing, and one of the closed crate.
- Message us with both photos – we'll send a new freight label and book the courier. Remove the old label and attach the new one.
- Inspection and refund – once we receive it and confirm it's complete, we refund $100 to your nominated account.
